Cake and Cash's Pop&Squat
Critical Reading Visual Essay
From a workshop at the Pop & Squat Festival, developed by Cake and Cash in cooperation with the HFBK, Hamburg and the HfG, Offenbach.
During the workshop, this presentation was analysed and marked by participants using Big Blue Button (an online meeting and collaboration tool). It includes excerpts from 3 novels which each thematised sex, romance and liberation. These excerpts allowed us a critical look at German Pop Feminist Literature at the start of the 2020's. The resulting visual essay was published in Cake and Cash's Pop&Squat Zine, in 2021.
